I've spent the last ten years inside B2B revenue processes. The parts where quoting breaks down, where the CRM doesn't match how sales actually works, where marketing and sales can't agree on what a lead is worth.
I started as a developer. I still build things. But most of what I do now is figure out why the process is wrong before anyone touches the tooling.
Currently working as Managing Consultant at BRITE, based in Breda.
How I work
I don't start with a tool recommendation. First I need to understand how the revenue process actually works: where deals stall, where pricing gets complicated, who approves what and why. That usually means talking to the people doing the actual work, not just management.
From there I design something that fits how the business actually operates. Then I build it. I configure the systems, wire the automations, and stay until it works.
Who I work with
Mostly B2B companies with some complexity in how they sell. That often means manufacturing: machine builders, component manufacturers, industrial suppliers. But the same problems show up in other industries too. Complex pricing, approval chains, dealer networks, forecasting nobody trusts.
The common thread is that the revenue process has outgrown the way it's currently managed.
